My Story

For much of my early adulthood, I lived with persistent fatigue, inflammation, hormonal symptoms and digestive issues. I was told everything was “within range” and advised to try not to stress too much — even though my body clearly wasn’t coping.

Over time, I began to believe there was something wrong with me. That I was lazy, overly sensitive, or simply not trying hard enough.

What I later realised is that my body wasn’t failing — it was fighting. Fighting chronic inflammation that had been present since my early twenties, compounded by long-term stress and nutritional depletion. After moving from South America to the UK, I was unknowingly avoiding the sun and became deficient in vitamin D — something that went unnoticed because my levels fell within statistical averages. It was the first time I understood that average is not the same as optimal.

As I began learning more about nutrition and naturopathy, the dots started to connect. Inflammation, stress, hormonal disruption and fatigue were not separate problems — they were part of the same picture. My body was stuck in survival mode and asking for support.

Alongside this, I was navigating fertility challenges and experienced a late miscarriage — a loss that deeply changed my relationship with my body. After receiving a limiting and impersonal diagnosis from a fertility specialist, I reached a point where I knew I needed to step out of fear and into understanding.

I began to organise and apply everything I had been learning over the years. I trained as a health coach while building a supplement brand focused on supporting the body’s ability to manage stress naturally, particularly through adaptogenic herbs. Rather than trying to control my body, I started nourishing it properly — lowering inflammatory load, supporting my nervous system, and eating in a way that was consistent and sufficient.

As I stopped starving myself and moved away from forms of exercise that were adding more stress, my weight came back into balance naturally. My energy stabilised. My digestion improved. And by supporting my body with the right food and lifestyle foundations, I was able to improve my ovarian reserve and later conceive my second baby naturally.

After qualifying as a health coach, I felt called to deepen my understanding further and began formal studies in naturopathic nutrition. Through this, I discovered a genuine love for cooking and for translating nutrition into everyday life — something I now share with my daughters, who enjoy eating nutrient-rich foods as much as I do.

This journey shaped not only my health, but my purpose.

It showed me that healing is deeply individual, and that having the right support — someone who helps you trust your body again — can be transformative. Today, I work with people, particularly women, who feel inflamed, exhausted or disconnected from their bodies, helping them reduce inflammation, regulate stress and build sustainable habits that support long-term health.

I work with clients in English and Spanish, supporting people all over the world and always with respect for the body’s capacity to heal when it’s properly supported.

I am a UKIHCA-registered Health Coach and a naturopathic nutrition student, with training informed by leading voices in nutrition, integrative health and behaviour change.

Alongside formal study, I bring lived experience and years of practical application — supporting real people with real challenges, and translating complex health concepts into calm, sustainable actions that fit real life.
